We recognize that effective, timely, and accessible communication is crucial for a thriving club, and we are looking for your ideas and commitment to help drive this positive change.

Communications Improvement Round Table

We are looking to arrange an open round table discussion in the coming weeks. This is an opportunity for any interested members, players, parents, or volunteers to bring forward new ideas, suggest improvements, or even offer to contribute hands-on support in implementing new strategies.

We are seeking creative and practical input on the following key areas:

Club Website: Improving content, navigation, and user experience.

Emails and Newsletter: Enhancing the quality, regularity, and relevance of our direct communications.

Social Media: Maximizing the reach and effectiveness of our presence on platforms like Facebook, and Instagram.

Messaging Apps (e.g., WhatsApp/Team Apps): Streamlining communication for teams, events, and urgent updates.

Noticeboard and Other On-Site Communications: Ensuring key information is accessible at the clubhouse and grounds.
