New: Update For All Junior Parents
We hope your son / daughter has enjoyed being able to do some cricket – albeit on slightly constrained basis. As we move forward we are committed to offering as much as we are able to and hopefully that will include some adapted match-play before the summer is out.
During these times though we could do with your help in following our ‘new normal’!
We ask politely that everyone parks behind the pavilion and enters the ground via the wooden gate on the first team ground.
Upon entering the playing field can all players walk alongside the groundsman’s hut / conifers where they will be directed to the area to place their kit bag.
We are asking all parents / guardians to please bear left and stay within the ‘parents zone’ the outer limits of which are indicated by the hazard tape.
Once the sessions are finished players should make their way towards the third team ground and parents / guardians move forward out of the parents zone and head through the gap in the conifers on the third team ground with everyone exiting via the metal gate on the third team ground.
During a number of our sessions the first team / academy will be utilising the outfield for their individual work and these measures are designed to keep everyone safe as wells maintain a one way system in light of the Covid guidelines.
We are looking forward to more sessions next week – lets hope the sun stays out!
