Join Us For Telford’s Biggest Fireworks Display!
Online Tickets Only – Buy early to save!
We’re really pleased to announce that The Big Blast, Wellington Cricket Club’s annual fireworks extravaganza, is back for 2023!
Widely regarded as the biggest and most spectacular display in Telford, this year’s event will take place on Saturday 4th November.

The 2023 event will feature an enlarged event arena, which means more space for spectators and a greater range of food outlets and bars. Fairground rides and games will keep the little ones occupied, whilst mom and dad can enjoy something delicious from one of the many street food traders. Our bars will keep you well hydrated, and if you’re feeling the cold, a glass of mulled wine may well hit the spot. Gates open at 17:30, so arrive early and make the most of this great family night out.

Then Wellington’s largest fireworks display will get underway at 19:30. There will be more bangs, whizzes and flashes than ever before in our most spectacular show to date. The show will be delivered by Jack Flash Fireworks, a professional pyrotechnics company renowned for their incredible displays. You will not be disappointed!

Costs and ticketing
For the first time, The Big Blast will be an all-ticket event, meaning that there will be no cash or card admission on the gate. The only way to get in will be with an online ticket bought here. Tickets will remain on sale right up to the event, but only online.
Admission is £8 for adults, whilst Under 16s pay £5. Children under four can enjoy The Big Blast and all the magic of their first fireworks night for free. For those who buy their tickets at least one day in advance, there will be an earlybird saving of £1 per ticket.
