The weekend of Saturday 27th March & Sunday 28th March sees Wellington Cricket Club members give up a few hours of their time in order to help get the clubs facilities into shape for the 2010 season.
This year, the Cricket Force event will be arranged by the same committee of volunteers that organised the hugely successful Fireworks event in November.
We desperatly need volunteers to help clean, paint, repair and improve the club's facilities - even if you can only help for a few hours for one of the two days your assistance will make a difference!
The committee are also in need of people with links to local companies that might be prepared to assist with the donation (or purchase at discounted rates) of timber, paint, paint brushes etc that will be used. If you know of a company that may be able to help, please contact Steve Oliver with the company details asap.
Without your help, the cricket club will not be able to maintain it's fantastic facilities to the standard the club deserves. So please make every effort to assist this year.
