First Aid and Safeguarding Courses

1 month ago By David Ross

These courses will be held at the club and are open to members and non-members who need to attain these qualifications.

Wellington CC are hosting two important courses ahead of the 2018 season which are suitable for all adults (18+) that have contact with children in their roles at the club and for anyone that needs to update or gain a first aid qualification.

Tuesday 27 Febraury 2018 – 6.30-9.30pm – Safeguarding – Child Protection Awareness Course

Saturday 10 March 2018 – 9.30am – 3pm – First Aid at Work Certificate (Focus on Cricket)

Both courses will be held in the clubhouse and are crucial for any captain, vice captain, coach, junior coach or official. Please remember these qualifications only have a three year life cycle and yours might now be out of date.

There is no charge to Wellington CC members and £30 per head for each course for anyone else.

If you would like to book a place please contact Simon Topper by phone/text on 07921234800 or email at stopper@ttsonline.net. Places are limited to 12 persons per course, so book now to avoid disappointment.
